Hilton New Orleans Airport

The stuff was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I like that it wasn’t the same buffet like the other hotels. It was an actual menu to choose from.

Clean need more variety in restaurant. Didn’t like computers were down so had to be escorted to room by staff to open door. Also like we could leave car there instead of airport for a cheaper rate with shuttle bus.

check in process was so smooth. getting on the shuttle for the airport went so well! even though it was at 5am on a Monday morning, everyone had great attitudes!

We missed daughter's flight back to DC because of emergency medical issue with her child. Reservations for 2 rooms made at last minute, We arrived late with a sick child. Every single employee was exceptionally helpful. This included check-in staff late night and check out next morning, Desk clerk charged my phone with personal charger as I had not brought mine anticipating being back home that night. The late night restaurant was closed (11:00 pm) when I went in to get snack for grandchildren. They gladly fixed a dish of ice cream for them. The following morning breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful. This hotel on Airline highway was much more meaningful when it was across from the New Orleans airport. A move to a new terminal has left it somewhat abandon and facilities are somewhat dated, but it is clean and offers 24 hour per day transport to airport and on site parking at comparable rates to the airport Parking garages. There is full service restaurant and bar. The beds are comfortable, rooms large and clean and this is an excellent place to stay for early morning departure or late night arrival back from travel. The excellent friendly staff will ensure it remains viable even though the new terminal has opened.
